Development Roadmap – CRYPTONIX & Oblivion AI

Our phased roadmap outlines the structured progression from core cryptographic R&D to combat-grade deployment of CRYPTONIX units with embedded Oblivion AI and PUF-protected post-quantum communication.

Phase 1 – AI + Cryptography Research (Q3–Q4 2025)

  • Design and train the Oblivion AI model – compact transformer with cryptographic key shaping capabilities
  • Develop secure PUF entropy extraction and Fuzzy Extractor module
  • Integrate PQClean (Kyber, Dilithium) into embedded C environment
  • Simulate key exchange scenarios using AI + PQC + PUF workflows
  • Start initial hardware evaluations using Shakti, STM32, and ESP32-S3

Phase 2 – Hardware Prototyping & Secure Boot (Q1 2026)

  • Integrate Oblivion AI model into embedded system (C/ONNX → TFLite Micro)
  • Establish Secure Boot pipeline with hash sealing (eFuse/OTP)
  • Implement and validate cryptographic zeroization and self-lock behavior
  • Build working prototype of a sealed CRYPTONIX unit (USB token / embedded board)
  • Start secure provisioning backend for device identity and fleet registry

Phase 3 – Internal Communication Deployment (Q2 2026)

  • Deploy CRYPTONIX prototypes to secure terminals, control servers, and design stations within the organization
  • Establish Oblivion-AI powered key exchange between internal systems
  • Simulate MITM, cloning, and replay attacks – validate cryptographic resilience
  • Integrate device verification in internal APIs and document control flows

Phase 4 – Avionics Integration & Field Testing (Q3 2026)

  • Integrate CRYPTONIX module into aircraft Line Replaceable Units (LRUs)
  • Establish secure, post-quantum encrypted data links between avionics modules
  • Field test on UAV/UAVM mission systems and validate secure swarming
  • Monitor AI drift, response time, and entropy handling under battlefield conditions

Phase 5 – Hardened Deployment & Production Scaling (Q4 2026+)

  • Lock AI model weights and provision CRYPTONIX at scale with sealed firmware
  • Set up secure provisioning station and supply chain tracking system
  • Distribute devices to operational zones and strategic platforms
  • Establish remote revocation and forensic logging infrastructure
  • Offer integration support for allied defense and national agencies
