Purpose-Built Testing Infrastructure

Our in-house Engine Testing Facility is engineered to validate high-performance propulsion systems under real-world conditions. Designed for flexibility, the facility supports both aerodynamic engine testing and cryogenic propulsion verification through a modular architecture and controlled environmental feedback loops.

Recirculating High-Velocity Air Tunnel

  • 🌀 Closed-Loop Recirculation: Hybrid metal-concrete structure for high-durability air circuit
  • 💨 Velocity Simulation: Up to 750 km/h via axial booster fans & thermal preconditioning
  • 🌡️ Altitude Mimicry: Controlled pressure and temperature environments
  • 🔄 Efficient Air Cycling: Enables continuous, resource-efficient testing
  • 🛫 Aero Engine Support: Ideal for FADEC-controlled jet & turbofan engines

Cryogenic Propulsion Test Bay

Engineered for static fire and pressure-fed trials. Shielded and sensor-rich, the cryo bay supports safe and repeatable tests of LOX/LH₂ engines.

  • 🚀 Stage-Agnostic: Modular for engines and full vehicle cores
  • 📏 Thrust Capacity: 100 tons static load with vector logging
  • 🧊 Fueling Support: Cryo tanks with boil-off control
  • 📡 Sensor Integration: 300+ telemetry channels (thermal, vector, vibrational)

Instrumentation & Control Systems

  • 📶 Real-time telemetry to mission control dashboard
  • ⚠️ Automated safety and abort mechanisms
  • 🎯 PID-tuned airflow control for load curve replication
  • 📈 High-altitude flight profile emulation
